Sanding, Towing, etc.

Hey, SLE, couple of updates…Road Crew just sanded on Thurs night 1/9, but given reports, they’ll be heading out again ASAP today.

Please drive slow and with caution particularly if you do not have the best tires for icy conditions.

Re: potholes, this is a challenge this time of year especially with all the rain so late in the season, and while we await more snow.

We distributed rock, and cleaned up entrances and key spots with the grader when temps came back up, and now that window is closed.

However, I will get with our crew and others to see if anything else can be done in the interim.

Also, the hazardous abandoned vehicle on Liberty near intersection with Priest River has been removed. Thanks for your patience.

Now that we are contracted with a towing company it’ll be easier to manage the more unique situations like this one where no owner was coming to get their car.
