Building Information
All Spirit Lake East residences must be single family homes and new builds must be approved by the HOA Architecture Committee. Guest houses, Mother-in-law quarters or any additional living units are not permitted.
Below is a link to the form you will need to fill out and sign then scan (or photograph) and submit to our Architecture Committee Chair, Jon Dore.
