Roads Update

Hi Everyone - Just got done driving all the roads. Lower Kelso, Tahoe and Newman remain the areas we want to hit next, if the weather permits to do another round of base, which is pre-approved.

PLEASE SLOW DOWN, and avoid puddles, if you can do so safely. Going 15mph makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE to preserving our roads.
