Board Nominations
************* Nominations (For Election Next May) Are Now Open & Due By March 31, 2025 *************
Spirit Lake East Board Members volunteer—free of charge—for three-year terms. Elections are held in conjunction with the May semi-annual meeting if the term of a board member (or board members) is coming to a close. So, in prep for May elections (if any), nominations are due by the previous 31st of March.
If you, as the homeowner, have paid your dues for the last three years, been a resident here for at least one year, and are not delinquent on dues or in litigation with the HOA concerning the Bylaws and/or CC&Rs, and at least one of your tracts is not for sale or in foreclosure, then you qualify to be a member of the Board.
There will be a place for submitting nominations in-person at the previous November semi-annual meeting. If submitting online is preferred, nominations for upcoming open positions may be submitted through the below form.
