Your Dues Make Everything Possible.
Spirit Lake East is a private community. We simply could not preserve, protect or maintain the rustic charm (or ever-improving roads, thanks to our amazing Road Crew!) without your dues, which are minimal, thanks to all of the volunteer time and resources donated by our board members and other helpers on each committee as well as generous donations sometimes submitted by SLE homeowners. We hope you find it hassle-free to pay your dues, which can be done by mail or online. If you’d like to make a donation, a check would be best, as PayPal charges the HOA a percentage of the amount paid through the online service. See below for how to pay your dues, and feel free to reach out, if you have any questions. Thanks for being an essential member of our beautiful neighborhood here in SLE!
Pay By Check
Paying your Spirit Lake East HOA dues is easy. Simply mail your check or money-order payment to the P.O. Box listed on your bill. It should be the same address as the one included below. If your check or money order doesn’t already include your SLE address, you can either send payment along with your statement or write your SLE address in the memo field.
Spirit Lake East HOA Mailing Address:
P.O. Box 217
Spirit Lake, ID 83869
If you have PayPal already (keep reading if you don’t), simply Login and click Send Money, and enter the HOA email address (firstname.lastname@example.org) as the recipient. If you don’t have PayPal, click on this link and select Sign Up. Then, select Send Money and enter the same HOA email address (email@example.com) as the recipient.
IMPORTANT: PayPal charges the HOA 2.9% + .30 for each transaction. So, you will need to increase your dues payment by $9.00 to cover these costs. Any overage will be credited to your next HOA statement. If your payment amount does not fully cover the HOA dues plus the PayPal charges, then any shortage will be added to your next billing statement.
